Order Processing and Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS and FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 7 - 14 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times vary between 15 - 30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.

Shipping Delays: Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions, may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, unexpected delays can occur.

Tracking Information:
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive tracking details once your product has shipped. For help tracking your order, please visit our "Track Your Order" page on our website.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of creation. To cancel, please email us at Support@synergyshopx.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

Incorrect Address:
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately via email. We can make corrections within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Delivery Attempts:
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning the package.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

If you have any questions that haven’t been answered, please reach out. We aim to respond within 24 hours to assist you.
