Order Processing and Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

  • U.S Orders: Shipped via USPS and FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15 - 20 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times may vary between 15 - 30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.

Shipping Delays:

Please be aware that factors beyond our control—such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions—may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, unforeseen delays can occur.

Tracking Information:

We provide tracking for every order. Once your product has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. For assistance with tracking, visit our website’s "Track Your Order" page.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of creation, penalty-free. To cancel, please email us at synergy@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

Incorrect Address:

If you've entered an incorrect address, please notify us immediately via email. We can update the address within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, changes to the address are no longer possible.

Delivery Attempts:

Carriers generally make two delivery attempts before returning the package.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will send a replacement free of charge.

If you have any questions that haven't been addressed, please reach out. We aim to respond within 24 hours to assist you.
